Key Features
One-Pass Surface Treatment

The shot blasting and rust removal system efficiently removes rust, scale, and welding slag from hot bending pipes, structural parts, and section steel components. It also eliminates welding stress and improves fatigue strength, laying the foundation for strong coating adhesion.

Precision 3PE Coating Process

The line applies three protective layers:

  • Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE): Chemical and cathodic disbondment resistance
  • Adhesive Layer: Ensures firm bonding between FBE and polyethylene
  • Polyethylene (PE): Excellent physical protection against abrasion, impact, and moisture
