The 3LPE Anti-Corrosion Coating Production Line is designed to apply high-performance protective coatings to steel pipes, providing reliable and long-lasting corrosion protection in harsh operating environments.
Coating Structure
The coating structure consists of three functional layers:
- Base Layer - Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE): Forms a strong chemical bond with the steel surface, delivering excellent corrosion resistance and adhesion performance.
- Middle Layer - Copolymer Adhesive: Creates a strong molecular bond between the epoxy primer and the polyethylene outer layer.
- Outer Layer - HDPE Protective Layer: The extruded HDPE outer layer provides superior mechanical protection, waterproof performance, wear resistance, and environmental resistance.
