The 3PE/3-Layer PE/Polyethylene Steel Pipe External Anticorrosion Coating Machine/Production Line is designed for applying anti-corrosion coating to steel pipes with larger diameters. This advanced system is widely used in various engineering construction projects, particularly in heating, gas, and oil field applications.

This production line supports multiple coating types including FBE, 2-layer FBE, 2-layer PE, 2-layer PP, and 3-layer PE anti-corrosion coatings. The 3PE anti-corrosion coating consists of three distinct layers: first FBE coating, middle adhesive layer, and outer polyethylene layer.

The 3PE anti-corrosion coating represents advanced technology for outer protective layers of buried pipes. It is extensively used in gas and oil transmission pipelines, urban gas supply systems, water supply pipes, and other fluid transmission pipelines. This coating significantly enhances the pipeline's mechanical properties while providing high electrical resistance, waterproofing, wear resistance, and anti-aging performance.
