Efficient single screw extruder with water-cooling force feeding system, and barrel with grooving in the feeding zone are designed to save power of main motor; Long L/D ratio and mixing head are designed to get perfect jellification and high output.
Die head
The flow channel is designed for smooth flow of the melt without detaining, ensuring uniform sheet thickness.
Three Calender
It has Verical and Oblique structures according to different width of the sheet. Specially designed flow path inside the roll ensures precisely controlling of roller temperature, then ensure flat and brightness of the roller.
Double-station hydraulic screen changer
It adopts a dual-channel and dual-station design, and the die head is equipped with two sets of filtration systems. During normal production, the two networks operate in parallel to share the load. When replacing, switch to single network operation through hydraulic means, and the other network can be replaced without stopping the machine.
Cooling Rack
Aluminum-magnesium alloy cooling idlers ensure a long service life.
