The one-step method is an advanced and newly developed production technology. It can be used for both flexible hose insulation and rigid pipe insulation. Nevertheless, ordinary extrusion equipment fails to meet the production requirements of one-step PERT insulated pipes. Therefore, customized design is required for the extruder screw & barrel, pipe mould, sizing unit and cooling system.

In just two years, Huashida has conquered 130 technical difficulties and developed China’s first self-developed one-step PERT insulation pipe production line with complete independent intellectual property rights.

In addition, Huashida has rolled out standard PERT insulated pipes and fiber-reinforced PERT insulated pipes. According to structural shape and service performance, these products are divided into flat-wall insulated pipes and corrugated insulated pipes.
