This single screw HDPE jacket pipe extrusion machine is specially designed for pre-insulated pipe systems, providing stable and efficient production of HDPE outer casing pipes.

It is widely used in pipeline insulation production lines, ensuring high output, excellent pipe quality, and easy operation. The HDPE jacket pipe extrusion machine can be customized according to different pipe diameters and production requirements.

The insulated pipe is composed of steel pipe, jacket skin and polyurethane foam layer. It features high strength, strong toughness, smooth pipe surface, high pressure resistance and uniform wall thickness. This series of units integrates extrusion, vacuum sizing, cooling, traction, cutting and unloading.
