It is an efficient method to make the epoxy powder of inside and outside the steel pipe for anti-corrosion. The anti corrosive steel pipe has many advantages, such as strong corrosion resistance of the coating, which can resist the erosion of a variety of chemical mediator; The coating surface is smooth and the friction resistance is small. This steel pipe of anti corrosion is widely used in petroleum, natural gas transmission pipelines, water supply and drainage pipelines and many other fields.

Huashida steel pipe internal and external epoxy coating anti-corrosion equipment adopts high metering spraying technology, which can evenly cover the inner and outer wall of steel pipe, improve the anti-corrosion performance and prolong the service life of steel pipe. Meanwhile, it is equipped with PLC automatic control system to reduce human error and realize stable production.

Internal & External FBE coating Structure:

Epoxy powder is a thermosetting, non-toxic coating that, after curing, forms a high-molecular-weight cross-linked coating with excellent chemical corrosion resistance and high mechanical properties. The epoxy powder primer forms a continuous coating, providing excellent adhesion to the steel pipe surface through bonding and curing, and exhibiting excellent chemical resistance and cathodic disbondment resistance. The polymer binder bonds the epoxy powder before gelation and also bonds the polyethylene topcoat, combining the three layers together.
