Working Principle

The plastic material undergoes three distinct states at different temperatures: The screw's pushing force transforms the material from a glassy state to an elastic state and finally to a viscous, fluid state. The material flows through the narrow gap of the die, followed by calendering, cooling, shaping, edge cutting, haul-off, cutting, and winding processes to produce the finished sheet product.
